The export ran one query per row. It now loads each batch in a single query,which the benchmark puts at 14 times faster. The export tests pass.

On it. I can reproduce it on staging: the second attempt gets a 409 from the payments API.

Could be the idempotency key. We changed how it’s built last week.

That was it. A retry reused the first attempt’s key, so the provider rejected it. Each attempt gets its own key now, and all 8 checks pass.
